We bought our forever home in Franklin, NC but we did it from out of state which brought some challenges. Our realtor, Ryan, was our eyes, ears and boots on the ground for everything we needed. He took pictures and measurements for us and even met our grown children at the house when they were in town visiting so they could see it.
