We explained we were just getting started looking and weren't planning on buying until Apr or May '24. He showed us the house and asked a couple of weeks later if we were still coming down in Sept as we had already told him it was our plan, we picked out around 9 houses and he arranged everything, spending all Saturday with us listening to what we wanted. We would send an address and he would do a video tour for us and send it, always within a day of the request. Made another trip down there and again with 10 houses we were interested in and spent another Saturday showing us them. Finally saw 1 on Zillow and he went and said Yeah it's you, he was right. Mind you the houses were from Franklin to Murphy by the Tenn border, he showed us any we wanted to see. If more stars were an option I would up my review. I would HIGHLY recommend Vignette if you are looking for a home in NC, we are from IN, and buying a house out of state is stressful enough but this team made it so much less stressful and easy, the contacts I was given for services are spot on and made the purchase so much less stressful. Appreciate everything Jeff has done for us in making this a pleasant experience."
