VIgnette Rashaune De La Cruz

Rashaune has always been competitive throughout her young life. At this point, she has taken this passion to an entirely new level, one that tends to overcome all odds, open all doors, and obtain the objectives her clients seek. As some people may say in the mountains about a person with a "get it done attitude," she's "stronger than twelve yards of garlic."

 

Of course, there is the other side. Rashaune grew up in the Western North Carolina Mountains and understands the lay of the land, the people who have lived here all their lives, and the motivations people have towards real estate. She is extremely polite and cordial, and her clients love her easygoing ways. She is an encyclopedia of knowledge and can show clients how to navigate the markets.

 

Rashaune and Josh, her husband, were high school sweethearts and had children at a young age. Over time, they built a beautiful life with their two children and their close-knit extended family. She spends her time away from work caring for her family, attending her son's soccer games, cooking incredible meals for her family, and serving the community. As a sidebar, her white chicken chili kills the annual chili cook-off competition.

 

As a determined young mother, Rashaune wanted to continue her education. She funded her college, worked full-time jobs to support her children, and graduated from North Carolina University with a degree in Finance. Leveraging her education, she obtained a job in Finance at a local banking institution.

 

The only things limiting Rashaune's appreciation for banking were the four walls she worked within and her inability to interact with people consistently. She began searching for and found the world of Real Estate. With her sharp ability to listen to and understand her client's needs, she soon became a successful local Real Estate Agency team member.

 

Over the seven years she has worked in the Real Estate Industry, Rashaune has become one of the top agents in the area. When looking at performance, you can always find her hovering around the number one or number two agent. She is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Vignette Realty and is a big part of the company's success.
