Vignette Realty tells a great story

Communication is important

At Vignette Realty, we consider ourselves storytellers. This is why we have meticulously crafted a communication process to ensure our clients receive the treatment they deserve efficiently and effectively.

One of consumers' top three complaints about Real Estate Agents is communication. Forbes Magazine wrote a brief article about agents going MIA after acceptance of the offer to purchase. Consumers feel this way because the agent needed to provide a communication process to their clients, and they did not explain their role in the Real Estate Business. Although our process is not fallible, we consider it nearly perfect.

The following explains the agent's role and what happens after the offer to Purchase is accepted and the final contract is signed.

Once the offer to purchase or the listing agreement is signed, our proactive marketing team takes the reins. They coordinate photos, inspections, surveys, and research, and are equipped to answer all your questions. This proactive approach means that in most cases, if you were to contact the agent, they would have to call you back after they spoke with the Marketing team.

The agents you work with are doing the same thing they did with you. If they work at Vignette Realty, they would not be on the phone while meeting with you and would focus 100% on your needs. If they are not with a client, they are following up with clients, digging through deeds, finding prospective homes for clients, showing homes, driving through the mountains and dealing with poor cell service, setting up showings for listings, putting together listing presentations, marketing plans, and advertising budgets. If this is explained up front to clients, along with an explanation of the process between the offer to purchase and the final contract, things become more apparent.

The Agents' job is to locate, negotiate, and close the deal with the best possible outcome for our clients. Once their contract is complete, they finish their responsibilities until negotiation occurs at Due diligence. They are also responsible for handling all of your issues and negotiating due diligence, and they will. Our agents are dedicated to providing you with the best service and ensuring your needs are met.

Our interesting communication process

Step 1: Call our marketing team to answer any questions you have.

Step 2: Understand that text and email are the quickest communication methods. There is usually enough signal to send a text if the message is essential. Emails also work and have a similar footprint as text messages. Our agents are committed to checking their texts and emails at noon and 5:00 p.m. If you let them know you have a question, they will respond.

Step 3: If your agent is unavailable you get every agent in the company. We work as a team and ensure all our clients are efficiently handled out of respect for their time. How does this work? If an associate at Vignette Real Estate does not pick up the phone within four rings, the call is forwarded to a ring group. This ring group has every associate in the company, and it rings all the phones simultaneously.  Whoever picks up will be able to resolve your question or concern. More importantly, they will treat you with the same respect and attentiveness as your agent, showing our commitment to always prioritize your needs.
