Special shout out to Rashaune, Amanda and the entire Vignette Realty team for guiding me to find this beautiful home! It is better than I ever imagined!! Over a year ago, Rashaune and I started looking for a home that met my checklist. She tirelessly opened the doors to at least a dozen or more homes and kept being positive and encouraging in my quest to find the right one!! When she opened the door to this one, I took one step inside and I knew without a doubt, this was it!! She and Amanda guided me through the negotiations, due diligence and closing!

Vignette was very easy to work with, they took great care of us. The team took amazing photos and video of the house, and they did all the legwork, organizing the survey and inspection for us. All in all, the transaction went very easily. I would definitely recommend.

We recently purchased a home in Franklin NC. Our agent was Kristie Brennan with Vignette Realty.
